MayoFlux case study
Ansell needed a visual way to explain a technical product, system, process, or differentiator that would be difficult to show clearly with live footage alone.
Ansell works in safety and protective equipment. MayoFlux framed the work for the audience, use case, and product context behind the assignment.
Agency direction from CLUM, plus cAD files, product references, technical notes, brand direction, sales context, engineering feedback, and review comments.
MayoFlux shaped the story, prepared or rebuilt assets, handled look development, animation, lighting, rendering, compositing, and technical review cycles.
Product animation masters, web-ready embeds, sales or trade show versions, and visual assets that can be reused across launch, training, and follow-up.
A clearer technical story that helps viewers understand the product value without decoding raw specs or engineering notes.
Clum Creative approached Mayoflux with a script for Ansell and granted full creative control over the look and flow. Drawing on visual cues suggested by Clum’s producer, Mayoflux designed a bold, color-coded environment that let viewers track safety features at a glance. Storyboards, style frames, and rough animatics were built in-house before moving to production.
Using Cinema 4D and Redshift, the team delivered full-service 3D animation - modeling, lighting, render, and composite - on a tight deadline. The key hurdle was starting from words alone; no CAD or branding assets were available. Mayoflux created glove that generated geometry though textures. The final video exceeded engagement targets
